Nándor Csepreghy, Deputy Minister of State responsible for communication of development policy highlighted that the modifications are for the more effective use of EU funding and they will be resulted in a more equitable system of project proposals. He mentioned that the re funding rules are compiled in one law and the costs of additional project activities like management, communication etc. would be eligible up to only a limited ratio.
As the Deputy Minister of State said the potential proposers would benefit from the new system, because the release of the particular call for proposals will be public in advance and other financial simplications will ease the applicants" bureacratic liabilities.
