The EU Commission forwarded more then 1100 questions and notes related to the new operative programmes, the responsible ministries are working on the finalization of OPs and a new public procurement law will be elaborated in the near future. These were the most important topics of the press conference held by Eszter Vitályos, Minister of State and Nándor Csepreghy, Deputy Minister of State.

The new law of public procurement to be accepted by the Government results more transparent procedures and extents SME's opportunities to receive assigments in projects with public procurement liabilites.

The Environment and Energy Efficiency Operative Programme might be the first OP to be approved,  because the Commission had fewer queytions and notes related to it.
